Norm Levy retired last December as a Senior Criminal Investigator with the Workers’ Comp. Team at Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office. His assignments have included Automobile Insurance Fraud and Organized Auto Insurance Fraud, Major Fraud, Real Estate Fraud, Consumer Protection and an assignment with the Joint Terrorism Task Force during which he investigated terrorism financing within the United States and abroad. These investigations of financial crimes included money laundering, real estate fraud, capping, unauthorized practice of law, securities fraud, tax fraud (State & Federal), and medical provider fraud. Norm Levy is a court recognized me an expert in the investigation of Organized Insurance Fraud (People v. Mallory).
Norm has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of San Francisco.
Honors include Medal of Valor, City of Santa Cruz 1998, and Drexel Award, Investigator of the Year, Santa Clara County Office of the District Attorney 2011.
