Jenna Friedl After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree at Cal Polytechnic San Luis Obispo, Jennifer Friedl worked as claims adjuster before working in the Special Investigations Unit investigator at several insurance companies for over 7 years. She then began a career in law enforcement by working as a Civilian Crimes Investigator at the Orange County District Attorney’s office where her expertise in investigating large conspiracies involving medical provider fraud and attorney capping schemes led to the successful prosecution of large capping rings operating in the workers’ compensation fraud industry. She presently works as a Crime Analyst for the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office supporting the office’s fight against medical provider and employer fraud in the Bay Area.
